We’re growing our tech teams globally, including bring on Board a Agile Coach to develop and enhance our Agile ways of working.
What we offer

Role
• Coach cross functional platform vertical teams on optimising Agile ways of working, identifying waste, improving feedback loops, etc.
• Coach cross functional platform vertical teams on improving Agile ways of working, identifying waste, improving feedback loops, etc.
• Help key Team events, retrospectives and workshops, e.g. Story mapping, value stream mapping, Scrum of Scrums, Product Alignment; ensure organization between Team of Teams and Team-level agile cadence.
Requirements
•Agnostic approach to agility and can pragmatically blend approaches to co-create disciplined and fit-for-purpose Agile ways of working with teams.
• Proven experience leading Agile change/scaling experiments with two or more teams.
• Hands-on knowledge coaching and supporting Agile teams, a toolkit of practices and techniques to help them tackle challenges, learn fast and realise growth ability.
