We’ve been growing our tech teams globally for the past few years, but now it is time for the next phase of scaling, as we look to grow to over 350 people in Engineering across London, US and our European offices and we are now looking for a new Director of Engineering to help us with this monumental growth.

Role

• Manage numerous engineering teams across the UK and Europe
• Help guide and take us through a potential exit/IPO
• Work closely with Product and Delivery Directors to allow a seamless process flow from product through to delivery
• Collaborate with the Engineering Managers to deliver engineering to the highest level
• Oversee all aspects of software development help maintain the platform’s codebase - We currently have 97% test coverage
• Work alongside our hiring team to assist with our global expansion

Requirements

• Experience as an Eng Manager/ Head of Engineering/ CTO /Director, ideally in a fast-scaling business
• Strong Engineering Background
• Experienced in the B2B SaaS sector
• Strong leadership skills / Strong team player and collaborator
• Lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders & deliver to targets
• Being personable and having a people first mindset
