You will guide the business through a transformation from legacy .Net to a new .Net Core platform in Azure by keeping the tech team on track. Also, by demonstrating strong commercial knowledge and excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.

Requirements

• Experienced in the B2B SaaS sector
• Expert Operator – relationships, drive decisions
• Managed and led a team through a Transformation from legacy .Net to modern .Net core in the cloud
• Expert communication skills and a good first impression to C-level players
• Strong commercial experience – a numbers person, KPI’s and budgets
• Ask the right questions of the tech team

Role

• Create technology strategy and operational architecture to meet the business objectives
• Develop technical product aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Lead, manage and hold accountability for the technology function and product/infrastructure efficacy and its deployment
• Build strong knowledge management - transfer, sharing and business resilience
• Recruiting and retaining A players to meet business objectives and redeploy B/C
• Oversee system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency with adjustments to achieve a highly reliable, resilient, and performant system
