We’re an AI assisted platform who build bespoke software solutions. As a Customer Product Expert, will help navigate our clients through the entire customer journey. Allowing them to see their ideas and dreams turn into fruition.

What we offer

• Up to 95k package (85k base + 10k very achievable variables)

• Remote, with 1-2 days onsite in London per week

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the software lifecycle – how software is built
• Strong customer facing skills
• Drafting product docs, user flows, and rough wireframes, and working with designers to refine the customer experience into a polished, shippable product
• Being able to capture customer requirements in a structured format
• Close working with Sales, Designers and the implementation team to define the project scope and objectives.
• Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate where required
• Management of the project by assessing requirement changes and analysing impact on time and risk
• Managing Customers and clients expectations
• Anticipating operational and tactical risks and tracks them.

Bonus

• Someone who has been a product owner for a customer
• Some hands on tech exposure

Deliverables (first 12 months)

• Being able to accurately capture user requirements and translate them into a specification document
• Being able to accurately translate the user requirements to Designers with an end goal of having tangible design assets for the customer’s product.
• Being able to collaborate with your counterpart in the execution team who will manage the Developers and QA
