You’ll take on complex problems at the intersection of large-scale data processing, search, and machine learning enablement - building the data foundations that power smarter insights and next-generation solutions for customers.

Role

• Play a key role in shaping and delivering the brand-new data platform.
• Design and maintain reliable data pipelines that unify and transform data from multiple external sources
• Optimize large-scale data performance to keep queries fast, consistent, and cost-efficient.
• Develop search-ready data flows and schemas to support advanced filtering, ranking, and scoring.
• Work with ML and Product teams to integrate features, scores, and enrichment signals into downstream systems.
• Bridge the warehouse and serving layers to ensure data is always available for rapid user access.
• Strengthen monitoring and reliability to keep pipelines and search systems stable and resilient.

Data Tech stack

• Data & Engineering: Snowflake, Snowpark, AWS Glue, AWS DocumentDB, AWS DynamoDB
• CI/CD & Monitoring: Gitlab CI, AWS CD, Datadog

Requirements

• T shaped engineer: Strong software engineering background, cloud, CI/CD ect
• Data warehousing expertise (Snowflake ideal): modeling, optimizing, and maintaining very large datasets
• Robust Python & SQL: query optimization, data transformation, and building robust ETL/ELT pipelines
• High-performance search or analytics engines experience (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, ClickHouse, or equivalent). Ability to design pipelines that transform warehouse data into “search-ready” datasets

Bonus

• Event-driven pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
• Vector search or hybrid search
