An established Data Driven business needs you! We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of a brand-new product in AWS, Docker and Terraform.

Requirements

• AWS Deep understanding
• Docker & Terraform
• Strong monitoring and alerting (e.g. Nagios, Cloudwatch, Grafana)
• Scripting Bash and Python or Ruby or JavaScript
• Linux and networking skills
• Nginx

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of the AWS estate of the new platform, reporting into the head of IT and working with the Infrastructure Manager
• Learning the DevOps mechanics in place for this new solution
• Working within the existing Tech Function and Release Management process, take a leading role in planning the go live and requirements for our production infrastructure
• Within a DevOps capacity support the development of new innovations across the entire platform
• Working within the Tech and Infrastructure team, build a production ready monitoring and alerting platform. Focusing on early warning for stability and security issues
• Managing and constantly innovating the platform
