DevOps Engineer required by a ticketing platform to advance their AWS system and AWS SaaS architecture, ensuring availability, scalability, and security. You’ll have the opportunity to drive the new technology roadmap and cloud strategy.

Role

• Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the development teams
• AWS system management. Ensuring; availability, scale, cost management and security
• Guiding medium and long-term cloud strategy
• Involved in the design and structure of: development process, automated continuous integration and deployment tooling
• Delivering work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, Agile team
• Bringing new tools and technologies to improve the platform

Requirements

• Robust AWS
• Strong CI/CD skills
• Docker
• IaC: Terraform or Pulumi or CloudFormation
• Database experience
• Scripting skills – Bash or Python
• Cloud deployment for API driven services

Bonus

• Development exposure; Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Scala, Ruby
• Kubernetes
