A Data Science start up changing the face of how data insights are consumed, are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help scale their business. Joining a highly technical team of 15, the company is backed by top investors, poised to achieve great things over the coming years!

What we offer

Role

• Encompassing DevOps, Infrastructure and SRE work and evolving as the company grows
• Scaling the PaaS based on GCP (cloud agnostic), Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Python and Go
• Interesting scale and workloads challenges
• DevOps - working on their CI/CD systems (inc open-source repos, developing build and deployment scripts based upon container technologies)
• SRE - configuring and maintaining the managed PaaS that includes our highly available public product and managed organisational private workspaces
• Creating a system for shipping solutions to customers
• Collaborating on infrastructure features, such as Linux sandboxing technologies to safely run user’s code, or to integrations with other platforms

Requirements

• Strong public cloud experience (any of; GCP, AWS or Azure)
• Python or Golang
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• CI/CD
• Software engineering grounding
• IaC tools inc – Terraform
• Linux systems skills
