Our crazy growth (UK and internationally) has increased the need to automate and streamline the systems and processes used in the day-to-day onboarding and support of our clients and 3rd party developers.

 

Key Objectives

  • Automated provisioning of environments
  • Manage and scale the Azure based platform
  • Improved deployment frequency to enable faster delivery of features
  • Streamline infrastructure and provisioning of environments to minimize cost

 

Requirements

  • 2-6 years DevOps Experience
  • Azure (IaaS and PaaS)
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines (preferably in VSTS)
  • Strong scripting (PowerShell and Ruby or JavaScript or Python or Java)
  • Windows Administration and basic database administration tasks

 

Responsibilities

  • Defining and technically delivering a DevOps implantation roadmap; Infrastructure provisioning, configuration and automation (infrastructure as code)
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for development and testing teams
  • Implementing DevOps tools for monitoring and performance management
  • Owning & resolving production issues
  • Orchestrating the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring that all aspects of go-live are considered (including Day +1)
  • Investigating issue trends and devising solutions
