A product and engineering first start up, who’s app is coming to the rescue of frontline workers, are seeking a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the platform.

You’ll be working in tandem with our founding team, as well as our designers and engineers to build a world-class, category defining platform. Our team work quickly, producing high quality code and features.

A key part of the role will be to keep the platform healthy, performant and available.

Some projects in the pipeline include..

• Scaling the AWS system to be resilient to deal with the increased traffic
• Build a monitoring system
• Rolling out the capabilities to host in different regions (USA first on the list)

• Frontend: React, Redux, Javascript, CSS, SSR, gatsby.js, chart.js, d3, Jest, Enzyme,

Requirements

• A Software Engineer or Developer or DevOps who loves systems work (AWS)
• Analytical and resourceful, with excellent attention to detail
• Excited about coding, hacking, writing clever solutions and scaling applications.
• 2+ years AWS experience
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and containers (eg; Terraform, Ansible, Docker)
• Coding experience in Scala, Python, Ruby, Java, Node.js or Golang
