As an Engineering Manager your focus will be on providing support to engineers with their personal and professional development, listening, guiding them through challenging times and celebrating their accomplishments. You’ll be liable for the engagement and efficiency of the engineers who you line manage and will be helping your team to become an high-performing team of engineers.

The products within the team’s domain are mostly developed in NodeJs / React / React-Native, run in Kubernetes on AWS, communicate with other services through Kafka. Experience managing teams that have worked in this type of technical environment is important.

Requirements:

• Have experience as an Engineering Manager with successful people management skills.
• Experience managing/leading teams of 15+ full-stack engineers.
• Know the ins and outs of managing the technical development of distributed software's
• Embrace change, can take a step back
• Have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
• Someone who is driven by and seeks to embody our beliefs and you love learning new things and can mentor/coach others.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
