We’re now hiring a Founding Engineer (Backend & Infra) to work closely with our CTO, team (15), and customers in solving uncharted technical challenges and shaping the foundations of our platform.

Requirements

• Strong Python & Typescript backend development experience (full stack bonus)
• Deep expertise with cloud and infrastructure: Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD (Argo/Flux)
• Experience building secure, enterprise-grade platforms (regulated or sensitive environments a plus)
• Security-first mindset
• Passion for mentoring and raising the bar for engineering excellence

Responsibilities

• Integral to the infrastructure and backend development of platform features and integrations
• Own and evolve core infrastructure to be robust, secure, and scalable
• Build out BYOC and multi-tenant environments for regulated enterprise use cases
• Drive reliability, stability and security across deployments
• Partner with product, engineering and customers to deliver high-value solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape technical culture
