Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack React Native Engineer to lead the development of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create intuitive, responsive, and secure applications that drive the future of decentralized finance (DeFi). As a senior engineer, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of scalable React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Design and implement front-end and back-end architecture that ensures high performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate blockchain technologies and smart contracts into the mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, and other back-end technologies.
• Deep understanding of mobile development, including experience with Redux, React Navigation, and other common libraries.
• Experience with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, and smart contracts, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Web3.js and other decentralized web technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
• Contributions to open-source projects in the blockchain or decentralized web space.
