As a tech start-up, our product is everything. We use our own style of agile to release and iterate extremely frequently. After a successful growth phase, we’re seeking a Lead Back Engineer (PHP) to help take us to the next level.

Requirements

• +5 years’ experience in PHP, tackling hard problems!

(We use PHP 7+ with Slim)

• Exposure to Microservices and Cloud (AWS)
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• MySQL/Maria DB
• Agile – Scrum and Kanban

Role

Lead a team of engineers that build and support APIs that handle millions of requests a day. You'll also contribute technically writing code, designing schemas, new features and leading the direction of our overall architecture to support and scale our platform.

You'll work with every other team within engineering - to help build and scale the platform our products sit on. This is an exciting role for the right candidate who wants to make an impact at a fast growing start-up.
