Seeking an experienced developer with a background in quantum algorithms and a strong interest in AI, my client aims to drive the advancement of Quantum AI algorithms. This pivotal role involves spearheading the development of both the project pipeline and the team. At my client, team silos are avoided, ensuring active participation in fundamental algorithm research, as well as the implementation and execution of models. This hybrid position provides office locations in either Miami or NYC.

Desired Qualities:

- Proficiency in developing and executing algorithms on quantum hardware

- Familiarity with Linux and cloud environments

- Technical hiring experience in the machine learning/AI space is a plus

- Diverse experience, preferably in startups/tech

- Python proficiency

- GIT usage experience

- A PhD in Physics or Mathematics is advantageous
