We’re an AI assisted platform who build bespoke software and we’re now looking for a Tech Lead Ruby Engineer in London (remote) to join our rapidly expanding international team!

Role

This is a diverse and challenging role that requires you to be able to take the lead on technical solutions, help shape the technical direction of new products as well as helping coach, mentor and lead Junior & Mid-level engineers. 

Requirements

• Strong Ruby on Rails commercial experience
• Experience architecting & building high-quality, scalable solutions
• Ability to work with fast-paced cross-functional scrum teams
• Experience with cloud provider services

Bonus

• Experience leading a small team
• Python, Django
• Docker, Kubernetes
• React, React Native, Node.JS
• Multi-cloud environment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, Digital Ocean)
