We’re an AI assisted platform who build bespoke software. We’re looking for a Tech Lead within the team that powers the AI engine and requires writing complex logic in C# and .Net Core to work on code-generator products.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams whilst still hands on
• Strong experience with C#, .Net Core and React based technologies
• Conduct code reviews for the engineers and guide them to develop solutions that are modular, scalable & maintainable
• Ensure unit tests coverage & quality measures across the products
• Scale our capabilities through hiring, mentoring & growing engineers on the team
• Strong execution mindset with a vision to evolve the platform and execute on the roadmap
• Deploying and managing solutions in the cloud (ideally AWS)
• .NET expertise
• Exposure to compilers or complex algorithms
• CI/CD
• Best Testing practices
• HTML, CSS

Bonus

• Docker, Kubernetes
• Interested and experienced in other languages e.g Node.js, Java, Swift
• Compiler design and development
