Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement company-wide security strategies, policies, and standards.
• Secure company data and applications against unauthorized access and threats.
• Conduct regular security audits, addressing identified vulnerabilities.
• Train staff on security protocols, crisis response, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Lead investigations for security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
• Establish and manage identity and access management solutions and incident response plans.
• Foster a security-conscious culture and evaluate security technologies/vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of security experience with strong skills in secure computing solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud/on-premises tech (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS; TOGAF knowledge preferred.
• Certifications like CCSP, CISSP, or CCA are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, Python/Java knowledge, and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese; familiarity with GDPR, PDPL regulations.
