You’ll partner with one of the founders, whose research has laid a strong foundation, and take the lead in bringing new models to life. Role

• Play a key role in shaping and delivering the applied ML strategy
• Productionizing models
• Benchmark & Experiment models
• Collaboration & Execution - Collaborate with researchers, stakeholders, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Deploy Scalable AI Systems – Build production-ready ML applications
• Improving the tech stack and tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years as a ML Engineer & some leadership exposure

• Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in the real world
• Python
• ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, Tensorflow)
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals (regression, classification, clustering, performance metrics) and scikit-learn.
• Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Collaborative & Impact-Driven – Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, translating research insights into practical AI solutions.
