Requirements

• Strong QA Engineering experience on Android mobile apps
• Automation tests in Espresso
• Appium
• Agile
• Regression and Smoke Testing
• Documentation and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of testing pyramid on Android
• CI systems, e.g. Jenkins, and device farms
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

Bonus

• Knowledge of low-level system integration on android

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Join the small team in charge of assessing software quality through automated and manual testing
• Write and maintain automated tests ensuring a good level of coverage
• Finding and reporting bugs / glitches and helping troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand required functionality of apps
• Cooperate with Android and back-end developers to implement effective strategies and test plans
• Oversee the release processes for our products, and ensure any negative impact on our users/clients is kept to a minimum
