AI is at the heart of our software and you will have the opportunity to build product-specific funnels to provide our future customers with the best experience. This is a diverse and challenging role that allows you to take ownership in building something substantial!

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in solving product growth challenges and in conversion optimisation (large inbound volume is a must)
• 2+ years’ experience managing a team
• Proven track record of improving digital conversion rate and customer retention through on-site and off-site A/B testing
• Strong experience with: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel and AB testing tools
• Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred) and able to generate actionable insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Some experience with: Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, Qlik, Webflow, Figma
• Experience in a high-growth company is preferred
• Experience in the B2B space / SaaS would be ideal, however we are flexible
