QA Engineer required by a start-up so disruptive to an industry, that no other company are anywhere near doing what they are! The broadcasting and advertising landscape has been flipped on its head. They’re growing a team that’s driving cutting edge solutions in ML and AI and as a QA Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into automation and a Shift Left approach to testing.

Role

• Able to advise on and review test coverage; ensuring products are built to high standards of quality and reliability as well as meeting the design requirements
• Expand and push automation testing
• Push a Shift Left approach to Testing

Requirements

• 1+ year automation testing experience
• 3+ years industry experience in a QA capacity
• Shift Left approach to Testing (knowledge or appreciation of it)
• Agile
• TDD
• Selenium or Capybara
• Communication skills
• Understanding of user stories and ensuring the product not only works but meets the requirements
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, but confident to ask for help when needed

Bonus

• Ruby, Python, Go or Rust
• Good understanding of modern web security basics
• Ability to document work, both at a technical level within code comments, but also for consumption by end users
