They are seeking Senior Software Engineers with a strong API experience and a grounding within the High-Frequency Trading (HFT) industry.

What we offer

• $100,000 to $250,000 salary depending on experience

Headquartered is in the USA, but with a globally remote team and they support engineers being based across the planet.

Role

• Developing web backend and APIs for the core products
• Designing and implementing product features and development
• Collaborating with engineers and the product team
• Maintaining existing web and data applications
• Improving engineering workflows. From testing to release, deployment, QA, documentation.
• Improving performance of the web APIs

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python or Rust or C++
• High-Frequency Trading (HFT) / Electronic trading firm experience
• Robust experience designing, implementing and integrating web APIs (REST, Postman, RPC, GraphQL)
• CI/CD
• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

Bonus

• Django, Flask or FastAPI
• Database design
• Familiarity with reverse proxying and load balancing (Traefik, HAProxy, direct server return).
