Role

• Helping build strong and meaningful social experiences for our users
• Constantly and eagerly finding insights around the user behaviour
• Regular data reporting for our C level stakeholders
• Maintaining dashboards for the Data scientists in the business
• Examine the impact of marketing drives, feature changes and the CRM
• Aid the team in gathering ad-hoc quantitative insights in the users
• To regularly provide presentations to the company on quantitative aspects of the product

Requirements

• High level experience analysing and providing insights. Medium to large data sets (1 TB+)
• Worked in a consumer-facing start up domain
• Passionate about Data driven decision making
• Python: pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, IPython/Jupyter
• SQL- analytics functions, performance tuning, data wrangling
• Proven experience creating insights that impact product decisions
• A/B testing analysis
• Presenting finding to technical and non-technical people. Inc company stakeholders
• A strong attention to detail and a clear and concise writing style.
• Linux command line and Git
• Data Visualisation: D3.js, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, ggplot
• Machine learning, in particular NLP techniques
