We’re growing our tech teams globally, including our new DevSecOps team. We’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to play a significant role in developing our new security tool chain and to improve security practices across all of development teams.

What we offer

Role

• Help set up, develop and integrate new developer facing security tooling for the business and engineering requirements. Help it evolve with the company
• Working with highly collaborative agile engineering team; responsibility on teams’ technical quality, mentoring to deliver secure, quality code and tools
• Review and suggest improvements on existing tooling and security processes
• Empower engineering team to take security ownership; Guidance, code reviews for vulnerabilities/improve threat modelling, train devs secure practices ect
• The business is operational in four countries, plans to expand significantly in many more – Lots of interesting work to make that secure
• Review Pull Requests from your team and provide feedback

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing, building and improving security tooling
• AWS
• Strong CI/CD experience, ideally at scale
• Coding experience (any language, E.G Ruby, Python, Golang, Node.js, C, C++, Java, Scala, Erlang)
• Capacity to work with other teams, providing training and guidance to empower developers to improve security in the SDLC
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to suggest and drive new security initiatives via requirements from development teams
• A desire to learn, grow, work with an amazing team and deliver solutions

Bonus

• Application security (appsec) experience
• DevOps tooling (E.G Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker)
