Your Role

  • GPU Optimization - Leverage CUDA to accelerate computational workflows, ensuring efficient utilization of GPU resources
  • Performance Tuning - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both hardware and software to enhance system throughput and reduce latency.
  • HPC – Developing high-performance computational kernels that maximize hardware
  • Collaboration - Working closely with the wider team to integrate new models and algorithms into the existing infrastructure. Plus ensuring that our custom ML architecture runs efficiently on modern GPU hardware, enabling faster training and inference.
  • Documentation - Maintain comprehensive documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

 

Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field
  • Proven HPC experience - especially designing and managing infrastructure for ML applications.
  • GPU programming with CUDA - including kernel development and performance optimization.
  • Strong Mathematical foundation – Including complex linear algebra
  • Strong coding (I.E Python & C++)
  • ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, Tensorflow)
  • Quantum Enthusiasm – A background in quantum mechanics, complex linear algebra, or an interest in applying quantum concepts to ML is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with parallel and distributed computing paradigms.
  • Collaborative & Impact-Driven – Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with proactive mindset

Bonus

  • Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) - including HPC offering
  • DevOps Practices - Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (K8s), CI/CD
