What You Bring

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
• Strong Python and TypeScript
• Deep AWS expertise (ECS, Lambda)
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant systems
• CI/CD, containers, IaC, Postgres
• Bonus: LLMs, ML, NLP

What You’ll Do

• Split work across AI-driven projects and major data/system scaling initiatives
• Architect and build resilient AWS-based platforms
• Implement AI-powered workflows that automate clinical data processing
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar
• Partner with product and data science to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Drive projects end-to-end with ownership and clear outcomes
• Continuously optimize systems to support explosive growth
