Requirements

• Proven experience in a DevOps or SRE capacity
• Strong Cloud experience (GCP or AWS, Azure)
• Well versed in Observability and Reliability
• CI/CD
• Experience applying security and resilience design principles
• Some of: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Appetite to learn, with an innovate mindset
• Terraform or alternative IaC
• Understanding of Chaos engineering strategies and reliability testing
• Linux skills
• Security fundamentals

Role

• As a large cloud first business, you’ll manage and deploy pioneering cloud technologies using IaC, self-healing and security automation patterns
• Create automation, tooling and collaborative workflow processes for engineers to ramp up new infrastructure capabilities
• Working with various developments teams through the software life cycle, including the DevOps team, to deliver infrastructure and software for scale and reliability
• Helping with CI/CD delivery
• Embrace Chaos Engineering principles and methodologies to scrutinise what you build under real-world conditions
• Design self-healing and resiliency patterns
• Implement and encourage sustainable incident response and blameless post mortems
