Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Proficiency & Growth: Showcase expertise in software engineering principles, C#, .NET, SQL, and API development. Advocate for Agile methodologies, AI-assisted development, and ongoing system enhancement through automation and test-driven design.
• Azure Serverless Environment: Lead the migration of our systems to an Azure Serverless environment, guaranteeing peak performance, scalability, and unwavering reliability.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, collaborate with Product Managers for requirements, and assess system impacts with Architects.
• Mentorship & Documentation: Guide junior developers, document system changes, and create comprehensive training/user documentation for new features.
• Collaborative Development: Engage with QA teams, conduct detailed code reviews, and ensure adherence to SOC II and process enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Core Skills: Extensive expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, MVC, Angular, Bootstrap, Blazor, Webassembly, Azure services, and API development. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira preferred.
• Methodologies & Certifications: Strong background in Agile, Test-Driven Design, and AI-assisted development. Valuable Microsoft Development certifications.
• Cloud & Compliance Experience: Proven Azure (or other cloud providers) experience, serverless components, web accessibility compliance, and SOLR support.
• Desirable Skills: Degree in CS or Engineering, CI/CD pipelines
