Senior Software Engineer (Python & Data science/Engineering) required by a start-up so disruptive to an industry, that no other company are anywhere near doing what they are! The broadcasting and advertising landscape has been flipped on its head. They’re growing a team that’s driving cutting edge solutions in ML and AI. You will lead the Data side of the business, having huge scope to shape ground-breaking technology.

Role

• Helping rebuild a Python solution
• Helping advance the SaaS offering through maturing its AI and ML Capabilities
• Use of as Machine Learning, statistical analysis and digital signal processing
• Viewing swathes of data the company ingests and creating clever ways to process it
• Working with video and audio data. Using techniques such as perceptual hashing; computer vision and working with FFT's

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Python
• Proven in a Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineer or Data Science capacity
• Experience in Computer Vision or Audio
• Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• The ability to mentor other software engineers
• Strong Communication skills
