We’re seeking a Software Engineer who has taken products from 0 to 1, is hands-on with infrastructure design and development, and brings DevOps and ML Ops exposure within a startup environment.

Your Role

• Build from Scratch – Develop bespoke solutions from the ground up
• Autonomous Delivery – Take ownership, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed decisions independently
• Infrastructure Focused – Design and implement cloud-native, production-ready systems
• API & Package Development – Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade APIs and internal packages
• Design & Deploy – Turn complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions
• AI Integration – Partner with ML engineers to seamlessly embed AI models into applications

Requirements

• 3+ commercial experience as a Software Engineer
• Advanced technical degree (Master’s or PhD in CS, Physics, Engineering, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid experience in a start up environment
• Relish Autonomy & experience building & deploying a product or service from scratch
• DevOps & MLOps experience
• Infrastructure design & development experience
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping APIs, web services, and packages
